So in the spirit of supreme organisation, we’re going to plan a few freezer-happy, healthy meals that you can cook and freeze now in anticipation of your guest’s arrival in a few weeks to come.

Did you know?

The ideal temperature for freezing most foods is between -15degreesC and -18degreesC

  • Freeze cooked food as soon as it’s cooled down; don’t refreeze food that’s been kept at room temperature for more than one or two hours!
  • Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cream should not be frozen; they curdle when thawed.
