Making your own ice cream is so easy with this “no churn” recipe from Chef Roger Barstow. Store and present your ice cream in our gorgeous ice cream storers and gelato cups.

Ingredients:

  • 400g tin of condensed milk
  • 600ml pure cream
  • 2 vanilla pods split in half with the seeds scraped and removed

We recommend using an Ice Cream Storer or a series of Mini Home Made Ice Cream Storers when freezing the ice cream.

METHOD:

  1. Place ingredients into a mixer and whisk until aerated yet reasonably firm.
  2. Place into an ice cream storer or gelato cups and freeze.
